The Supreme Court dismissed former minister M.K. Alagiri’s appeal against the Chennai High Court’s refusal to quash a land encroachment case. The Court upheld that the High Court’s view was correct, allowing the case, involving Alagiri and six others for allegedly encroaching 4 cents of temple land in Madurai, to proceed there.
