Low Pressure Area: The Regional Meteorological Centre has stated that a lower-level atmospheric circulation over the east Indian Ocean and adjoining southeast Bay of Bengal may intensify into a low-pressure area within the next 24 hours. It has also forecast rainfall across Tamil Nadu on the 19th and 20th.
