A young man had booked an RAC ticket for a train journey from Ludhiana to Varanasi. Passengers holding RAC tickets are entitled to priority access to any vacant berths. However, it is alleged that the TTE (Travelling Ticket Examiner) did not allow the young man to occupy an available berth despite one being vacant.
