Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin has announced a ₹3,000 Pongal cash gift for ration card holders across the state. The financial assistance will benefit around 2.2 crore ration card holders, including residents of Sri Lankan Tamil rehabilitation camps, as part of the state government’s Pongal festival welfare measures.
