Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin is set to inaugurate the “Ulagam Ungal Kaiyil” (The World in Your Hands) scheme on Tuesday at Nandambakkam, Chennai. Under this initiative, laptops will be distributed to college students with the aim of promoting digital education, improving access to technology, and empowering youth with modern learning tools across the state.
