A rare deep-sea creature, popularly known as the “Doomsday Fish,” has been caught in the nets of fishermen near Pamban. These mysterious fish are typically found only in the depths of the ocean and rarely surface. Locals are alarmed, fearing that its sudden appearance may be a sign of an impending natural disaster.
