Diwali special trains: In view of the Deepavali festival, Southern Railway has announced four unreserved special trains from Chennai to southern districts. Special trains will run from Chennai Egmore to Madurai on October 17 and 18, and from Tambaram to Sengottai on October 17 and 20 to manage festive crowd movement.
