Edappadi K. Palaniswami (EPS) has alleged that the DMK government has granted approval to a private construction firm to build around 1,250 apartments worth ₹2,000 crore on 15 acres of Pallikaranai marshland, a protected wetland area. He condemned the move as an environmental violation and demanded immediate action.
