A one percent concession in registration fees has been announced for properties worth less than Rs. 10 lakh registered in the name of women. In this, Dinesh Ponraj Oliver, the head of the Registration Department, has issued a circular stating the guidelines for which types of properties and to whom the concession is applicable.
