A VAO and a land surveyor have been arrested for accepting a bribe of Rs. 3,000 from a worker to exchange a land title near Villupuram. The police have caught the VAO and the land surveyor red-handed when they received the money, which was smeared with chemicals as per the suggestion of the anti-corruption police.
