Single Judge GR Swaminathan has issued an order for the Madurai District Collector and the City Police Commissioner to appear before the court via video conferencing. Judge GR Swaminathan has said that he will not hesitate to issue a strict order if the concerned persons do not appear by 5.30 pm.
