Puducherry Chief Minister N Rangasamy is set to contest from two constituencies in the Union Territory. Today, Rangasamy filed his nomination papers for the Thattanchavady and Mangalam constituencies. On both previous occasions when he contested, Rangasamy went on to become the Chief Minister. It is said that he continues to place his faith in this formula.
