A retired central government employee from Avadi, Chennai has filed a complaint with the Vellore District Superintendent of Police office. In the complaint, he has demanded action against those who sold his land for a high price and cheated him out of Rs 13 lakh. He has accused those who cheated him by underestimating the value of the land and extorting money.
