Police have arrested a neighbor named Sasikala for breaking into the house of a woman who had gone to work as an agricultural labourer near Ottapidaram in Thoothukudi district, breaking into the bureau and stealing 7 pounds of gold jewellery and Rs. 25,000 in cash.
