A woman who flew from Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, to Delhi was allotted a dirty seat on an IndiGo flight. The woman filed a case with the Delhi Consumer Commission, which ordered the passenger to pay a total of Rs. 1.50 lakh as compensation and Rs. 25,000 for legal expenses.
