CM Vijay is set to campaign tomorrow for the Maduranthakam Assembly constituency by-election. Party General Secretary and Minister Bussy Anand has announced that only the 5,000 individuals issued with QR-coded entry passes will be permitted to attend the campaign, and has requested that no one else come.
