‘Arnab,’ the first cyclone of the year, is forming in the Bay of Bengal. ‘Delta Weatherman’ Hemachandar has posted that a new low-pressure area is likely to form over the North Bay of Bengal around September 20. There is a possibility that this system will gradually intensify into a cyclone.
