Tamil Nadu government has begun formulating its next phase of strategic action against the Karnataka government’s unilateral approach regarding the construction of a new dam across the Cauvery River at Mekedatu. In this regard, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Joseph Vijay held urgent consultations with ministers and senior officials at the Secretariat in Chennai.
