Income Tax Department officials are conducting surprise raids today at the residence of Venkatesan, the son-in-law of former Union Minister MK Alagiri. In light of these ongoing raids at his home in Shastri Nagar, Chennai, a large contingent of CRPF personnel has been deployed to the area as a security measure.
