Murasoli Trust informed the Madras High Court that the National Commission for Scheduled Castes lacks the authority to inquire into the ownership of the land where the Murasoli office is situated, and further stated that the complainant who approached the Commission does not belong to the Scheduled Castes but is a member of the BJP.
