Reports indicate that Joseph Vijay is scheduled to travel to Delhi tomorrow (May 23) for the first time since assuming office as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. In light of this, special arrangements are being made in full swing at the Tamil Nadu House in Delhi.
