Former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin has criticised Chief Minister Vijay over the delay in disbursing the promised financial assistance. Stalin questioned whether this was the “change” promised to the people after initially assuring Rs 2500 and allegedly failing to provide even Rs 1000 on time.
