A couple had booked tickets in Trichy for an Omni bus from Chennai to Palakkad in Kerala. The couple was supposed to board the bus in Trichy at midnight and get off in Pollachi in Coimbatore district early in the morning. However, the couple was not allowed to get off in Pollachi and was taken to Kerala.
