Tamil Nadu government has announced that more paddy has been procured than during the AIADMK regime. In the four years of dmk regime, an average of 42,61,386 metric tons of paddy has been procured annually. TN government has explained that during the previous regime, an average of 22,70,293 metric tons of paddy was procured annually.
