Tirunelveli district will observe a local holiday on April 11 (Friday) on the occasion of Panguni Uthiram Thirunal. Tirunelveli District Collector Sukumar has announced that a local holiday will be declared for all state government offices and institutions so as not to disrupt the government public examinations.
