Southern Railway has announced that an additional 3rd-tier refrigerator will be permanently installed in the Chennai Central-Nagercoil Express train (train number 12689) starting today (Saturday) and in the Nagercoil-Chennai Central train (12690) starting tomorrow (Sunday).
