A complaint was filed against Inspector Bensam of Chennai’s M.K.B. Nagar police station. The complaint alleged that while he was on an investigation in the area, he spotted four boys, aged 17, acting suspiciously and with unusual hairstyles. He then sent them to a shop to get their heads shaved. Following this incident, the Inspector has been transferred to the waiting list.
