Charles Martin, leader of the Latchiya Jananayaga Katchi and son of businessman Martin, has announced that he is ready to spend ₹100 crore from his own pocket for Puducherry. He also promised a monthly assistance of ₹4,000 for women and the distribution of six free LPG cylinders, outlining key welfare commitments aimed at public support.
