Bengaluru Rain: Bengaluru has been reeling under scorching heat for the past few weeks. Amidst this, the city witnessed sudden, heavy rainfall late last night. The downpour caused floodwaters to surge across roads and led to water stagnation in low-lying areas; a ‘Yellow Alert’ for heavy rain has now been issued, remaining in effect until the September 24th.
