Amit Shera from Rajasthan, living in Punjab, bought two Diwali Bumper lottery tickets with borrowed money and won the ₹11 crore first prize. Once struggling financially, he now plans to build a home, fund his children’s education, and help two orphaned girls with ₹50 lakh each.
