Cockroach Janta Party—which emerged in the wake of a controversial remark by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court—has begun to create a nuisance for the ruling governments. Against this backdrop, a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) has been filed in the Supreme Court seeking a CBI inquiry against this party.
