TVK MLA Saravanan inspected a ration shop in Vazhavallan village, near Eral in the Srivaikuntam area of Thoothukudi district. During the inspection, he accused the shop employee of distributing commodities of short weight; however, officials maintained that it was the public who needed to lodge a complaint.
