Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) President Vijay is set to begin his public outreach tour starting from the 13th of this month. The first leg of the tour will commence in Tiruchirapalli (Trichy). However, in the latest development, the police have now granted permission for TVK leader Vijay to hold a public campaign on September 13 in Marakkadai, Trichy.
