Congress MP Jothimani has objected to the statement made by All India Congress functionary Praveen Chakravarty that Tamil Nadu is a state that borrows more than Uttar Pradesh. Jothimani condemned the comparison of Tamil Nadu with Uttar Pradesh as unfair.
