A court has ordered that the lamp atop the Tirupparankundram hill must be lit by 7 PM tonight. AIADMK MLA Rajan Chellappa welcomed the court’s decision and emphasized that the DMK’s separatist elements should never interfere in Tamil Nadu politics. He urged that politics be set aside and law and order maintained.
