Police are searching for Ashok Kumar, brother of former minister Senthil Balaji, in connection with a case alleging a conspiracy to topple the TVK government. Based on a complaint by TVK MLA Ilaiyaraja, searches were conducted in Karur and at a location in Chennai where he was reportedly staying.
