A government led by Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam President Vijay assumed office in Tamil Nadu on May 10th. Even nine days after the Chief Minister took the oath of office, ministers have yet to be appointed for 20 departments, including Agriculture, Revenue, and Transport.
