With the TVK government now established in Tamil Nadu under the leadership of Chief Minister Vijay, it has come to light that many of the MLAs are facing criminal charges. The ruling TVK party tops this list; out of its 107 members, 41 have criminal cases pending against them. Among these 41 individuals, 19 are facing serious charges, including those related to murder and sexual assault.
