Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin has announced a 3% hike in the Dearness Allowance (DA) for government employees and teachers, raising it to 58%. The revised DA will be implemented with retrospective effect from July 1, 2025, benefiting lakhs of state employees across Tamil Nadu.
