The central government is stating that it will release education funds for Tamil Nadu only if the new education policy is accepted. Similarly, a significant amount of funds has been withheld for the state of Kerala as well. In protest against this, Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan is conducting a one-day Satyagraha protest.
