A former woman employee of Wipro Technologies in Pune has filed a police complaint and sent a legal notice to the company alleging severe religious conversion pressure and sexual harassment by a colleague. She claims she was forced to resign after raising the issue internally and is now demanding reinstatement along with ₹50 lakh compensation.
