Kalaignar Kaivinai Thittam 2025: The Kalaignar Kaivinai Thittam (kkt scheme) (கலைஞர் கைவினைத் திட்டம்) is being implemented by the District Employment Centre to create self-employment opportunities for people engaged in handicrafts and trades in Vellore district. Under this scheme, collateral-free loans of up to Rs. 3 lakh and grants of up to Rs.50000 have been made available.
