Vishal alias Pablu (19), a youth hailing from the Ezhil Nagar area of Okkiyam Thuraipakkam on Chennai’s OMR Road, was arrested this morning and brought to the Neelankarai Police Station for interrogation. He subsequently escaped from the police station.
