Renault has acquired the entire ownership of the Renault Nissan manufacturing plant located in Oragadam, Chennai. The 640-acre manufacturing plant has a capacity to manufacture 4 lakh cars per year. With the acquisition of the full license of the Chennai plant, Renault has said that it will accelerate its growth in India.
