Ten Chennai district Cadres of the Thanthai Periyar Dravidar Kazhagam (TPDK), led by General Secretary Kovai Ramakrishnan, have been arrested for allegedly plotting a petrol bomb attack on the residence of Naam Tamilar Katchi (NTK) Chief Coordinator Seeman in response to his derogatory remarks about Thanthai Periyar.
