Opposition leader Rahul has been demanding CCTV footage from last year’s Maharashtra Assembly election. Responding to Rahul Gandhi, the Election Commission has said that releasing CCTV footage from polling booths could put voters at risk. EC says if such clips are released, political parties or groups will know who voted and who did not.
