Confusion prevails regarding whether or not VCK will extend its support to the TVK. Even if such support is secured, it appears that Governor Arlekar will not be present here to administer the oath of office. As the Acting Governor of Tamil Nadu is scheduled to travel to Kerala tonight, it seems likely that the swearing-in ceremony will be further delayed.
