After nearly two weeks of dry weather, the Northeast Monsoon has revived in Tamil Nadu. Tamil Nadu Weatherman Pradeep John predicts that a new cyclone may form in the Bay of Bengal within five days, bringing heavy rains to Nagapattinam, Mayiladuthurai, Delta regions, and parts of Chennai.
