The seat-sharing talks between DMK and Congress, which at one point almost led to the collapse of the alliance, took several dramatic turns, and an agreement was signed last night. In this, the Congress party has been allotted 28 seats and one Rajya Sabha seat in the DMK alliance. Let’s see what happened in between..
