A private sleeper bus met with an accident in Chitradurga, Karnataka, early this morning. The bus caught fire, and 20 people were burnt to death. This incident has caused shock in Karnataka. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed his condolences to the bereaved families. He has also announced that a compensation of ₹2 lakh will be provided to the families of those who died.
